Craig Henen has worked with senior leaders and leadership teams for more than 25 years. The work spans executive coaching, team effectiveness, leadership integration, and facilitated organisational processes. His clients have included Element Six, LyondellBasell, Philip Morris International, Naspers, Investec, YUM, and Barclays. He brings more than 12,000 hours of coaching and two and a half decades of facilitation work with senior leaders and executive teams. His training spans emotional intelligence, adult development, leadership and personality assessment, and organisational climate.

Alongside Craig, EQI works with a carefully selected bench of senior associates, practitioners with deep experience across coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and organisational work. Collectively, the bench brings thousands of additional hours of coaching and facilitation across sectors, levels, and cultures, and is deployed in different configurations depending on what the engagement requires. This gives EQI the depth and reach to support complex client needs while remaining deliberately small, relational, and close to context.
